Meg would play Charlotte Randall, the duplicitous wife of Jack Nicholson’s Will. Will, who is editor for a New York publishing house, is bitten by a wolf and begins to turn into a werewolf, just as a billionaire tycoon Raymond Alden buys the company and replaces Nicholson with his protégé Stuart Swinton (Alec Baldwin). Unbeknownst to Will, his wife has been engaged in a tempestuous affair with his work rival. Things get even more complicated for Will when he falls for his boss’s defiant, free-spirited, beautiful daughter Laura (Michelle Pfeiffer). When his wife discovers Jack’s dalliance with Michelle, her jealous streak is piqued. Meg turns up at their tryst, discards her coat to reveal a sheer white slip, and handcuffs her husband to the radiator of a hotel room. The stage is set for a trick with a paper clip, seduction, murder and lycanthropic lunacy.
That would have been amazing.
Oh I do love this idea of Meg and Jack Nicholson… More please Paul.

Even at the height of his cool I think Meg would have got Jack Nicholson all hot under the collar.

Were they ever considered for the same movie?

Jack and Meg were both considered for The Silence of the Lambs at different stages of its development. Outside of that they never even came close to co-starring together, sadly.
